1.  What months are you open?

     Our Barn is available May - October for receptions. Our Little Log Chapel in the Woods is available year round.

2.  How many people does the barn and Little Log Chapel hold?

     The barn will hold 185 people, the Little Log Chapel will hold 75 people.


3.  Do you provide any decorations?

     Yes! We have many unique items that can be used for your wedding and receptions. Our staff of professional               designers can help you bring your vision to life.


4. What services are included in the packages?

     We want you to rest easy knowing that every detail of your wedding day is taken care of by our dedicated staff.

     A wedding coordinator is provided for your ceremony to cue musicians, bridal party and to open doors for your         grand entrance. Our staff will take care of all set up of tables, chairs, and decorative pieces owned by Wilderness         Wedding Barn. Throughout your reception, our staff will empty trash, and restock and maintain restrooms. A             staff member will be available during your entire event should you have any questions or concerns. At the                     end of the night, we take care of the tear down and trash removal so you can take care of starting the rest of your       lives together.

5.  What is your alcohol policy?

      Couples may bring in their own alcohol provided it is in cans/kegs and served in plastic/paper cups.

      No glass bottles are allowed. Alcohol may not be sold without a license. We can provide a list of caterers who can        sell and serve alcohol.

6.  Is the barn heated or air conditioned?

     Our barn is not insulated but it has a huge 8' windmill ceiling fan, exhaust fans, and double barn doors on both           sides of the barn which create a very comfortable atmosphere in the summer months. For the cooler days and             evenings we have a wonderful fireplace and electric and gas heaters in the barn. Our bathrooms and dressing             rooms are heated and air conditioned. 

7.  Do you have onsite parking?

     Yes! We have free parking onsite. A parking attendant is provided to direct your guests. 

     Handicapped parking is available.

8.  Can cars be left overnight?

      No. All vehicles must be removed at the end of your event. 

9.  Is shuttle service available to and from area hotels to the wedding?

     Yes! There are several local bus rental services that you may hire to transport your guests to and from the                     wedding to their hotels.

10. Do you provide catering service?

      No. You are free to choose your own caterer. We will provide you with a list of local caterers.


11. Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

      Yes. We will provide you with a list of preferred vendors but you may use a vendor of your choice providing they

      have the required licensing and insurance.

12. Do you provide lawn games or a bonfire?

       Yes. Our staff will start and maintain a bonfire when conditions allow and we provide a variety of lawn games             for your guests to enjoy.

13. Is there a place for the bridal party to get ready?

      Yes. We have fabulous dressing rooms for both the Bride and Groom that are heated and air conditioned.

14. Is there lodging available?

      Lodging is available nearby at Wilderness Lodge and other resorts, Airbnbs, and hotels in the                                          area. Wilderness Lodge is located on beautiful Turtle Lake and offers world class fishing, boating and swimming        in a private, picturesque setting. The historic log Lodge and log guest cabins are available to rent for your family       and guests for the ultimate destination wedding.

15. Do you give tours?

      Yes! We love giving tours of the resort, barn and wedding venues. Please call to set up an appointment.

16. Can we set up the night before?

      Our venue is available for weddings every day so we cannot allow access to the venue prior to your event unless          we do not have another event booked. Availability for early access will be determined one month before your              event.
